Time to run again?

I've taken quite a break from running (and also have gained a good 30 pounds in the meanwhile.) I think it may be time to get back out there!

Hmm, fitness is like that, most people do drift in and out of it at times. The key thing to remember when you start back is to not try and go from where you left off.
