Back from Iowa with an extra 4.
That would be an extra 4 pounds. Amazing what good cooking does! Loved the cake, cookies, bars, and meals, but didn't get nearly enough exercise! I did run about 3 miles Friday morning, but should have ran Sunday morning! Still tired from the flight, we were delayed because of thunderstorms and didn't get home until after 1am.

That's what you get from eating Mom's food.... we told you to go running on Saturday and Sunday morning....Get back on Track and start running!!
